Child Care Resource and Referral is the bridge between parents, providers, community leaders and policy makers. CCR&R agencies help parents link to quality child care. CCR&R agencies support and increase the supply of quality child care by providing technical assistance and professional development services for child care providers. CCR&R agencies provide child care supply and demand data for communities and policy makers.
