Job Opening

 Southwestern Child Development, Inc., a private nonprofit agency, is accepting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant for the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) project.  An Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, business or related field is required.  Desired experience includes: knowledge of and experience with a variety of computer systems, work in a human service setting and with diverse populations.  The NFP Project is an evidence based home visitation program for first time parents to help improve pregnancy outcomes, child health and development and self-sufficiency. The position will be full-time (40 hours per week) until May 31, 2015 and then will become a part-time position (20 hours per week) June 1, 2015.  Applicant must have a current NC Driver’s License and an insured automobile available for work.
